9th & 10th Grade Curriculum

In the 9th and 10th grade summers, each trainee is placed in an 8-week basic science lab internship. The programmatic expectations for each trainee going into a lab are the same: the senior scientist will have the trainee learn the workings (theory & hands-on) of a cutting-edge biomedical research lab. The senior scientist supervises and oversees the content and structure of the end-of-summer requirements (research paper, poster, and powerpoint presentation).
